I. PRICES
- The prices of our products are stated in Tunisian dinars and euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT + other applicable taxes), excluding participation in processing and shipping fees.
- BOLD reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of your order validation.
- Products remain the property of BOLD until full payment of the price. Please note that upon physical possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to you.

III. VALIDATION OF ORDER
By validating your order, you declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and condition of sales.
IV. AVAILABILITY
Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks, excluding promotions mentioned as such on the sites.In case of unavailability after order validation, BOLD will inform you by email, and your order will be automatically canceled.
V. DELIVERY
1. General
Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process within the specified timeframe. In the case of a carrier requiring an appointment, they will contact you promptly to scedhule a delivery within 30 days of your order validation. BOLD is not responsible for delivery delays due to customer unavailability after multiple carrier appointment proposals.
When ordering multiple products with different delivery times, the order’s delivery time is based on the farthest timeframe. BOLD reserves the right to split shipments, with processing and shipping fees charged for only one shipment.
We remind you that upon physical possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage are transferred.
2. Reserves
You must notify the carrier and BOLD of any reserves regarding the delivered product (e.g. damaged or already opened package).
VI. PAYMENT
Validating your order implies the obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment can be made using the accepted methods specified by BOLD. The customer can choose between these two payment pethods commonly used in Tunisia for e-commerce, namely electronic payment by card and COD payment (cash on delivery) of goods.
1. Electronic payment
The customer can pay online on our website using credit cards. By clicking on “Authorize Payment”, you confirm that the bank card belongs to you. Credit card are subject to validity checks and authorization by the card issuing body. If we do not receive the required payment authorization we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products and we will not be able to enter into an agreement with you.
In accordance with out commitment on the oayment security, all your details communicated during your order never transmit unecrypted on the network; they are encrypted, so under no circumstances your credit number is stored at BOLD.
2. COD payment
The customer can also pay cash for the items ordered at the time of delivery, In this case the customer will, as far as possible, have to prepare the exact amount of the order because the deliverers do not always have the change.
VII. SECURITY
Our site is secured with SSL encryption to protect sensitive payment data.
VIII. WARRANTIES
1. Electronic payment
Products must be returned in the condition received, including all elements (accessories, instructions..) in suitable packaging.
2. Commercial warranty and after-sales service for technical products
To benefit from the commercial warranty, it’s essential to retain the product’s purchase invoice.Products purchased fromBOLD have online after sales service.
IX. Customer service
The offered products comply with Tunisian legislation. BOLD is not liable for non-compliance with legislation.
X. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All text, comments, illustrations, works, and images on BOLD sites are strictly reserved under copyright and intellectual property law. -the trademarks and distinctive signs are protected under trademark law. BOLD products have personal and specific usage rights, and compliance with these terms is necessary.

XII. APPLICALE LAW – DISPUTES – COMPLAINTS PROCESSING – MEDIATION
Applicable law: this contract is subject to Tunisian law. In case of a dispute, the Tunis court will have sole jurisdiction.
