IV. DELIVERY LOCATION

Products are delivered to the buyer’s provided delivery address during the ordering process within the timeframe specified on the order validation page.

V. DELIVERY TIME & MODES

  • Delivery will be made within 24 to 48 working hours from the date of order validation throughout Tunisia. Please note that exceptional circumstances or factors beyond our control may cause slight variations in delivery times.
  • Working days : Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.
  • Preparation Times : Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are processed on the same day if placed before 12pm. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Monday.

VI. DELIVERY COSTS :

  • We offer competitive delivery fees.
  • Between 0 DT and 299 DT : 8 DT delivery fee
  • Over 300 DT: Free delivery
  • Our delivery partner Mylerz Tunisia adapts its procedures and provides secure deliveries, eliminating the need to sign for our package. Various payment methods (cash, checks, and credit cards) are accepted.
  • During sale and promotional periods, the delivery time may be extended compared to the usual.

VII. UNECEIVED ORDERS

The customer can contact customer service via email at contact@boldenim.com in case of a delay or non-delivery of their order. You have the option to cancel your order if it has not been delivered within 7 working days after the delivery date indicated by the company unless the delay is due to force majeure. We commit to refunding the amounts paid as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days following your request.

VIII. PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURES

  • We do not refund BOLD products unless they arrive damaged.
  • In the case that the product does not match your order or is damaged during transport, we cover the return and replacement of your order.
  • You have 24 hours from the date of receiving your order to make your claim. After this period, no refund can be claimed.
  • The refund will be in the form of a credit corresponding to the amount of your product on your customer account, allowing you to make another purchase for use on the website www.boldenim.com
  • The returned item must be returned in good condition and with its receipt.

IX. PRODUCT QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

In the event of an anomaly, BOLD undertakes to exchange products that do not correspond to your order after you have made your complaint, specifying your detail, invoice number and product references on the invoice, via email at : contact@boldenim.com.
